A lot has happened since my last post. I've been designing and implementing all the elements into each scene of the ride. I even started over from scratch and remapped the entire project into a new track and room layout that better reflects the speed and length of show scenes. I removed a couple scenes also.
Here's some images from the work in progress, as well as the old track layout vs the new track.

The revised track and room layout after a rew revisions. I've removed a few scenes and made room for the faster sections by making larger areas.

| The second scene in the ride has Mega Man overlooking Dr Wily's castle as he is about to storm the massive gear fortress (and so are the coaster riders) |

I will have more to share soon as I'm now finishing up the flats scenery and fine tuning the coaster track for implementing into the ride itself. Can't wait to put it all together and see how it turned out. This is my first real time working with 3D, so I'm spending a lot of time getting used to the programs and things, and it's slowing me down a lot as a result. With that being said, I have about 4 days left on my Sketchup Pro trial, so I'll keep working until it runs out. |
